Dr Clive Fletcher is the Managing Director of Personnel Assessment Ltd. He was formerly Professor of Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths' College, University of London, where he still holds the title of Emeritus Professor after leaving to work in in private practice. He is also Visiting Professor at Henley Management College. Clive is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and one of the relatively few psychologists to be elected to Fellowship of the British Psychological Society (BPS). He is formerly chair of the occupational psychology section of the BPS.

Clive has acted in an advisory capacity to many private sector organisations and to Government departments, and in particular to the Cabinet Office. His knowledge and experience in the assessment field is recognised internationally. He has given invited papers at conferences in the USA and throughout Europe. He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Behavioral Sciences Research Press, based in Dallas.
